I know, I know, Its been over a Month and a half......

I know, I know guys. I haven't posted over a month and a half! Its crazy how time flies at camp. My last blog post I was updating on how Session A was going! Now believe it or not Im leaving to fly home today! Its been 10 weeks!! I can't believe how fast this summer has flown by! I'm going to miss everyone here at camp so so so much! Like you don't even know! Most of everyone has left besides the few of us that have flight out tonight and early in the morning. You best believe that everyone was in tears today when we were leaving. I have tears in my eyes writing this because I miss these guys so much! I have done so many fun and amazing things with this group of people. I can't thank them enough. Ive gotten over my fear of heights, made friends from around the world and so much more this summer! Its been amazing!

First day off!

So we are in Session A here at camp and its my first full day off with kids here. I absolutely love my job. It can be a little tough at times but hey its wouldn't be a job if it was a little tough! I've got 3 lovely Co- Counselors in the cabin with me and we have 7 amazing girls! All the counselors here are great! Seriously, I couldn't ask for better people to call my friends from around the world. You can also read about a few of them under the Adventurous Friends tab at the top of the page I will slowly be adding pictures to go with them. :) Id write more but I'm not sure what else I could ramble on about. Oh and 1 last thing. Connecticut is absolutely freaking BEAUTIFUL! The sunsets are the best and the one thing you can always look forward to are day off trips to Walmart because you're just thankful to be off camp for the day. Chillin out in the staff lounge is always nice too! :)

Its been a while...

Hey guys its been a while since I've posted. Well I'm at camp and have been here for almost 2 weeks! I've met so many new people and I've had so much fun so far! I got to celebrate my birthday with my Camp Family and it was an amazing day. I don't have much time but just thought id give y'all a quick update. Hope y'all are having an amazing summer! :)

Last Few Days Before I Leave.

So I have 3 days left before I leave 3 days!! I have my ticket bought and I leave around 10:30am on Thursday! Which mean I have to be at the airport at 8:30. Its gonna be a long day on Thursday! But it's gonna be so worth it. :)

With being that I have 3 days left this past week was my last weekend with family before I leave. It was actually a calm weekend camping with the family. We went out to the campground like we always do except for the fact we had a SNAKE in our camper! Can you say terrified?!? So my mom walks in the camper and I'm still sleeping in the back of the camper and all i hear is my mom running out of the camper screaming Snake. Great way to wake up right? NOPE! Let's just say i didn't step foot in that camper till they got it out. Just a reminder... I HATE SNAKES! 

On other note it also means I have like 2 days to be packed. Which means today is filled with last minute loads of laundry, last minute store trips, and last minutes visiting with family. So heres to an amazing summer filled with new friends, new experiences, and new memories.

Starting today, I have a little mason jar filled lines of lyrics. Each day i'll pick one out of the jar till I come home from camp. I'll post it on here under a new page, i'll put a new one on the top of my page, and ill put it on my twitter and possibly instagram. :)

9 Days, Packing, Music, and My Weekend.

So guys 9 days thats it 9 days!! 9 Days till I leave for camp! I'm so excited to leave for camp like y'all have no idea. I'm in the single digits! Soon I'll be packed and boarding my plane to Connecticut. I know I'm going to miss my family like crazy but it only 2 and a half months which is way shorter than when I go to school. I can't wait to be ropes certified and get a bunk full of campers. Im so excited to meet all my co-counselors from around the world. This is going to be an amazing summer! 

Packing... I don't remember if I've said this or not but I absolutely hate packing with a passion!! But I also really hate unpacking. I procrastinate on packing so much its ridiculous. Like I would for real pay someone to pack for me. I have my momma to help me pack which is always nice. :) She helps me not overpack haha. The bright side is i only need to grab a few last minutes things to put in my suitcases and I'm good to go! When I finish packing it just means I'm one day closer to leaving for camp and that just makes it more exciting! 

Music... If you've been paying attention, you might notice I've used another line from Kelsea Ballerini's song Yeah Boy. That's because its probably one of my absolutely favorite songs right now like you have no idea. It's been on like constant repeat along with a few of my other favorites. But I swear this song is perfect. If you don't like her or this song y'all are cray cray. Kelsea and her team are the sweetest people ever! I have a story I can tell ya but I'll save that for another post. :) 

This weekend was a blast! As like everyone else, I spent time with my family cooking and hanging out as well as celebrating my little cousins birthday. On Saturday, I got to work Ashley Martins merch booth for her with my best friend and partner in crime Ally. I absolutely love working merch booths for artists. Getting paid to do it is just a plus! She is one of the sweetest girls I know. Ashley is also very talented! The Show was amazing as well! Cant wait to work her merch booth again. Her and her team are some amazing and humble people. 15 Days && Surprises!!

First off y'all might notice I put a song lyric at the beginning of each post. It may have something to do with my post or may not. I feel like that is just something I do. :) 

So guys, 15 days till I leave for camp! 15 Days!! That's like 2 weeks! I'm so excited to meet my co workers from the U.S. and around the world! Although I've been to camp before I've haven't really been a full on Camp Counselor, So it's kinda a new experience for me. Mainly because it's about 13 hours away from my hometown. Okay, Okay enough about how excited I am to get to camp.

I'm finally back in my hometown in Southeast Indiana and all settled in for the threeish weeks I'm home before I leave. So far my week at home has been unpacking, cleaning, waking up my little brother for school, and getting ready to pack all my things for camp. Not very exciting I know.

So as you know I moved out of my apartment at school on Friday. My mom came up to Muncie to help me move out, but little did I know that my best friend that I haven't seen in almost 2 YEARS was in the backseat of my parents truck. Lemme tell you that was one heck of a surprise. I seriously almost had a heart attack... I think. Haha. But for real if there wasn't a bar/fence on the side were the truck was parked I probably would've been lying on the cold hard ground another 10 feet away because I was so surprised. My mom and dad sure know how to bring me a surprise I had absolutely no idea about.

So that's pretty much how my life's been since last time I updated. Be on the look out for a vlog the first weekend of June about the start of my adventure this summer. :)

Don't worry guys I'm in the process of updating the Artist of the Week and Music Picks of the Week. :)

Also there maybe some updates that are short simple and to the point and others where it may sound like I'm writing a book. These blogs may not be perfect but hey I try. I'm sure as heck not perfect but those imperfections are what makes us well us. :)

Where are my Adventures taking me this week...

Where are my adventures taking me this week you ask? Well if you want to know I'm currently packing up my apartment at school and headed back home to my tiny hometown that I love. I'm excited to see all my friends back home that I haven't seen in awhile and I absolutely can not wait for the big Sunday family dinner/ get togethers. I missed everyone's cooking. It sounds stupid but it's the little things you miss when your away at school.

The school years over which means bye bye old apartment, hello home and my new apartment in August. It's a bitter sweet moment. It's my first apartment on my own. I've had some roommate troubles in the beginning and moved apartments in the same building but I love the people I ended up with. I love my current roommates and I couldn't be happier for them and where they are headed. But then again I'm so excited to move in with my friends in a more social apartment complex in August. 

I ABSOLUTELY hate packing. Yet I wait till the last minute to do so. I've only packed two suitcases in the past two days. I'm slow I know but I hate packing, I guess it's because I hate goodbyes.  

But on another note, I'm so excited to leave in 22 days to work at camp for the summer. This just means another adventure for me and another one for you guys to follow along. 

Who knows maybe yall will follow me along on my adventures this weekend for the Lady Antebellum, Sam Hunt, & Hunter Hayes show in Cincinnati. You never know what will happen so keep you eyes and ears open. :)

New to this whole blogging thing...

Well I'm kinda new to this whole blogging thing. I figured eh why not y'all can keep up with all my adventures. Let me introduce myself. My names Adriana. I'm 19, well 20 on June 9th. My birthday is June 9th. I'm a Junior at Ball State University. I am a Telecommunications major with a focus in Sales, Marketing, and Promotions and I am also a Technical Theater minor. I love music and I'm apart of Grammy U. I hope to move down to Nashville once I'm done with school. My dream job is to be on tour with artists.

When i'm not on here you can probably find me at a record store, a concert, outside, or catching up on my guilty pleasure TV shows (Dance Moms, Pretty Little Liars, Teen Wolf, Awkward, etc). I'm a total music lover! Country being my favorite genre.

This summer when my camp job starts i'm hoping to start vlogging my adventures this summer.

Well enough about me lets get on to my adventures. I hope y'all want to keep up with my Endless Crazy Hilarious Adventures. Whether they are at camp, at school, across the country on tour, or at a show this is my life and I couldn't be happier.
